Crystal stepped into the beauty industry more than 20 years ago, drawn to a life of creativity and genuine connection. She’s got a knack for listening with an open heart, then translating your hair hopes into something effortlessly wearable.
Her happy place? Textural cuts, both short and long, the satisfying shhhk of a razor, and delivering what’s been dubbed “the chicest bob in town.”
As a Goldwell-trained colorist, she loves to create dimensional interest and can outwit even the most stubborn greys with creative, custom formulas that make your color look alive again.
Crystal’s favorite part of her work isn’t the cut or the color—it’s watching someone leave her chair lighter, brighter, and a little more in love with themselves.
Rose Soons
Stylist & Co-Founder
Rose has been bringing her artistry to the chair since 2012. With an eye for effortless beauty, she specializes in natural, lived-in color that enhances hair with light, dimension, and a radiant glow. She loves creating sun-kissed looks that feel like childhood summers—luminous, seamless, and uniquely yours.
For Rose, the magic of hair is in how it makes people feel. Confidence and happiness go hand in hand, and helping her clients look and feel their best is what brings her the most joy.
Cassy Lacroix

Cassy has been behind the chair since 2015, specializing in dimensional blondes, seamless highlights, and hair extensions. She loves enhancing natural beauty and the way great hair can bring out someone’s inner confidence.
For Cassy, the most rewarding part of her craft is building genuine connections while working alongside a team that shares her passion for artistry and care.
Nathan Jarvis

Nathan has been shaping hair and elevating style for over 25 years, with a passion for both classic technique and modern artistry. He is especially known for his mastery of curly hair — blending dry cutting, wet texturizing, and thoughtful shaping to bring out the natural beauty in every curl.
For Nathan, hairstyling is about more than the cut or color; it’s about sculpting a look that reflects who someone is in this moment in time. His extensive training and decades behind the chair shine through in the way he balances precision with artistry.

Sarah Jo Silvestera
Stylist
Sarah Jo has spent over 25 years helping people tell their stories through hair.
She launched her career in Orange County, California, where she trained with industry icons and mastered the effortless, lived-in sophistication of Cali blondes.
Defining career moments include her years at Bumble and bumble in New York City, where she trained in editorial styling and precision straight-razor cutting, and later Blackstones, a punk-rock, fiercely creative East Village salon. There, she refined her eye for texture, curl, movement, and shape.
Sarah Jo moved to Vermont with her family in 2020, seeking a slower, softer, more magical pace of life. Since then, she’s rooted herself as a sought-after stylist known for elevated work that feels fresh, effortless, and modern. Her approach blends technical mastery with intuition—creating hair that moves, breathes, and truly belongs to the person wearing it.
Bonnie Ahl
Stylist
Bonnie stepped into the hair world in 2014, following a career path that wove through the fashion, music, and graphic design industries — essentially everywhere style, creativity, and people collide. Those chapters sharpened her eye for detail, taught her the art of collaboration, and reinforced her belief that style is deeply personal.
As a colorist, Bonnie is known for her lived-in, blended balayage; dimensional brunettes; and luminous blondes. She also loves bold transformations and creating vivid fashion tones. Equally passionate about cutting, she creates everything from textured shags to clean bobs to the perfect pixie — always tailored and detailed to her client’s unique spirit.
Bonnie’s real joy in the process is working with people to reveal what’s already there: their inner light. She believes when someone leaves feeling seen and radiant, they carry that light out and the world shines a little brighter because of it.
Kirstin Minton-Ellwood
Esthetician, Master Lash, Makeup, and Cosmetic Tattoo Artist
Kirstin began her beauty journey in 2010 as a bridal makeup artist and quickly discovered her passion for helping clients feel effortlessly confident in their own skin. Since becoming a licensed Esthetician in 2012, Kirstin has honed her craft through advanced training in Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, custom facials, Procell Microchanneling, and precision waxing.
With multiple advanced lash certifications including Mega Volume and Lash Lift, Kirstin’s lash artistry is rooted in balance, detail, and transformation. After completing her Cosmetic Tattoo apprenticeship at Prettyology Academy in Boston, she continues to refine her technique, specializing in natural, timeless results that enhance each client’s unique beauty.
Kirstin’s mission is to blend science, artistry, and intention to help every client leave feeling radiant, confident, and authentically themselves.

Tessa offers integrative 60- or 90-minute massage sessions designed entirely around you—your goals, your comfort, and what your body needs most. Drawing from Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki techniques, she curates a personalized experience that supports your well-being in a way that feels natural and restorative.
